    This policy explains how Villa MaLuGio collects and processes personal data of users of casenelcilento.it, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

    Data we collect

    We only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests, optional notes). We do not collect profiling data.

    Purpose of processing

    Data is used solely to respond to your availability request and manage any resulting booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

    How requests are sent

    The form opens your local email client and sends the message directly to mail@casenelcilento.it. The site does not store form contents on any server.

    Retention

    Emails are retained for the time needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months after the stay for administrative and tax purposes.

    Third-party services

    After your explicit consent, the site may load an interactive Google Maps embed (Google Ireland Ltd.). Without consent, no request is sent to Google.

    Hosting & infrastructure

    The site is hosted on Lovable Cloud, a serverless infrastructure on European data centers (Supabase EU). All connections use HTTPS with TLS encryption.

    Fonts

    Fonts are self-hosted on our domain. No requests are made to Google Fonts.

    Analytics & tracking

    We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking.

    Your rights

    You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction by writing to mail@casenelcilento.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
